1. Who we are

The opsdots.ro website is operated by [COMPANY NAME SRL], VAT ID [CUI], Trade Register no. [J..], based in Bucharest, Romania (“OpsDots”). Contact: contact@opsdots.ro.

2. What data we collect

This site uses no marketing cookies. Through the contact form we only collect the data you enter (name, company, email address, interest, message). It is not stored on the site: it is sent once, by email, to the OpsDots team. For security and abuse prevention, the server temporarily records technical data (page requested, country, browser type), kept for no more than 7 days.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use this data solely to respond to your request and for possible pre-contractual discussions, based on legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

4. Retention

Correspondence is kept for no more than 24 months after the last interaction unless a contract is signed.

5. Providers

We use the following processors: Cloudflare, Inc. — site hosting, anti-spam protection (Turnstile) and technical logs; Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — delivery of the email generated by the contact form; Google Fonts — font delivery. Transfers outside the EEA rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro). To exercise your rights, write to contact@opsdots.ro.
